HL3-2A低(di)噪(zao)音混流風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)機(ji)(ji)(ji)應用(yong)子午加速方法和“準三元"流動理論設計,采用(yong)直線形外(wai)筒、錐形輪轂、扭(niu)曲翼(yi)形葉片的(de)結(jie)構形式。壓力較同機(ji)(ji)(ji)號(hao)軸(zhou)流風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)機(ji)(ji)(ji)高(gao),風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)量較同機(ji)(ji)(ji)號(hao)離心風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)機(ji)(ji)(ji)大。具(ju)有效率高(gao)、結(jie)構緊湊(cou)、噪(zao)聲(sheng)低(di)、體積小、安(an)裝方便等優點(dian),廣泛(fan)適用(yong)于賓館、飯(fan)店、商場(chang)、寫字樓、體育館等高(gao)級民用(yong)建筑的(de)通(tong)(tong)排(pai)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)、管道加壓送風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)及工礦企業的(de)通(tong)(tong)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)換氣(qi)場(chang)所。其中雙速風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)機(ji)(ji)(ji)可根據使用(yong)工況要(yao)求通(tong)(tong)過變(bian)速來調整(zheng)所需風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)量、風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)壓。
HL3-2A低噪音混流風機詳細介紹:
HL3—2A系列低噪聲(sheng)節能型混流(liu)通(tong)(tong)風(feng)(feng)(feng)機(ji),是介(jie)于(yu)(yu)軸流(liu)式(shi)(shi)和離心(xin)式(shi)(shi)通(tong)(tong)風(feng)(feng)(feng)機(ji)之(zhi)間(jian)的一(yi)種(zhong)新型風(feng)(feng)(feng)機(ji),它(ta)具(ju)有離心(xin)式(shi)(shi)風(feng)(feng)(feng)機(ji)的高(gao)壓力,軸流(liu)風(feng)(feng)(feng)機(ji)的大(da)流(liu)量、效率高(gao)、節能、低噪聲(sheng)、安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)方便(bian)等特點。本系列通(tong)(tong)風(feng)(feng)(feng)機(ji)設計新穎、結構(gou)緊湊、體積小、重量輕、易安裝(zhuang)(zhuang),與老式(shi)(shi)的離心(xin)式(shi)(shi)風(feng)(feng)(feng)機(ji)相比可(ke)節電20%,轉速小于(yu)(yu)2000r/min時(shi),噪聲(sheng)低于(yu)(yu)75dB(A),風(feng)(feng)(feng)機(ji)聯接管道和安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)在空調箱內時(shi),噪聲(sheng)小于(yu)(yu)70dB(A)。可(ke)替(ti)代2000Pa以下的中、低壓離心(xin)風(feng)(feng)(feng)機(ji),廣泛用于(yu)(yu)工業、民用建筑通(tong)(tong)風(feng)(feng)(feng)除塵等。
HL3-2A低噪音混流風機的結構特征:風機主要有葉輪、機殼、進口集流器、消音器、導流片、電動機等部件組成。葉輪采用有子午加速特點的扭曲翼形葉片焊接在輪轂上,經動平衡校驗、超速試驗,有良好的空氣動力性能。機殼采用圓筒形,與消音功能的集風器聯接成整體。出口裝有導流片,具有良好的氣流分布,壓力穩定。
風機的用途:
HL3—2A系列(lie)混(hun)流通風(feng)(feng)機廣泛(fan)應用于隧(sui)道、地下車庫、高(gao)級民(min)用建筑、冶金、廠礦等場(chang)所的(de)通風(feng)(feng)換氣及消防高(gao)溫(wen)排煙,HL3—2A系列(lie)風(feng)(feng)機輸送氣體溫(wen)度(du)不得超過80℃,特殊環(huan)境(jing)可選用防爆型混(hun)流風(feng)(feng)機。
的性能的選擇:
風機(ji)的性(xing)能(neng)在性(xing)能(neng)表上查閱,表中列出的性(xing)能(neng)是(shi)率(lv)范圍內的性(xing)能(neng),按(an)流(liu)量分(fen)為(wei)(wei)五個性(xing)能(neng)點,選用(yong)(yong)B,1-~性(xing)能(neng)表為(wei)(wei)準(zhun)。出廠的風機(ji)合(he)格(ge)品性(xing)能(neng)在額定(ding)流(liu)量下(xia)全(quan)壓力(li)值不超過±5%。性(xing)能(neng)選用(yong)(yong)表是(shi)標(biao)準(zhun)狀(zhuang)態(tai)下(xia)的性(xing)能(neng),無(wu)論(lun)技術文件(jian)或(huo)定(ding)貨要(yao)求的性(xing)能(neng)均按(an)標(biao)準(zhun)狀(zhuang)態(tai)為(wei)(wei)準(zhun),標(biao)準(zhun)狀(zhuang)態(tai)大氣壓β=101325pa,t=20℃,相對濕度ψ=50%的空氣狀(zhuang)態(tai),當實際(ji)使用(yong)(yong)條(tiao)件(jian)與上述不符合(he)時按(an)有(you)關公(gong)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)進行換算。風機(ji)安裝(zhuang)方式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)可分(fen)為(wei)(wei)立(li)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)和臥式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),如立(li)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)安裝(zhuang)在訂貨時注(zhu)明,如流(liu)量、壓力(li)、安裝(zhuang)尺寸等性(xing)能(neng)參數有(you)特(te)殊要(yao)求,我(wo)廠將為(wei)(wei)您另行設計生產。
