PYHL-14A消防高溫排煙混流風機詳細介紹:
消防(fang)(fang)高(gao)(gao)溫(wen)排(pai)煙(yan)(yan)混流風(feng)(feng)機(ji)或叫PYHL-14A消防(fang)(fang)排(pai)煙(yan)(yan)風(feng)(feng)機(ji),其采用CAD軟件(jian)多(duo)目標(biao)優化設計,選配(pei)(pei)模壓(ya)扭曲翼(yi)形(xing)錐型葉輪(lun),高(gao)(gao)溫(wen)電機(ji)內置,配(pei)(pei)設專門(men)的(de)電機(ji)冷卻系統。選用雙(shuang)速電機(ji)直聯(lian)傳動(dong)(dong),達到一機(ji)兩用(即平時送排(pai)通(tong)風(feng)(feng)和(he)消防(fang)(fang)使用時高(gao)(gao)溫(wen)排(pai)煙(yan)(yan)),配(pei)(pei)設電控箱后可遠程自(zi)動(dong)(dong)控制(zhi)。具有(you)耐高(gao)(gao)溫(wen)性能優良(liang)、風(feng)(feng)量大(da)、風(feng)(feng)壓(ya)高(gao)(gao)、安(an)裝簡便等(deng)優點,廣泛(fan)應用于高(gao)(gao)層建筑、烘(hong)房、地(di)下車庫、地(di)鐵、隧道等(deng)場合消防(fang)(fang)排(pai)煙(yan)(yan)和(he)送排(pai)通(tong)風(feng)(feng)。按GA211-1999消防(fang)(fang)風(feng)(feng)機(ji)耐高(gao)(gao)溫(wen)試(shi)驗方(fang)法,能在(zai)400℃高(gao)(gao)溫(wen)條件(jian)下連續運行100分鐘以上,介質(zhi)溫(wen)度100℃條件(jian)下連續運行20小時/次不損壞,已被全國各大(da)城(cheng)市消防(fang)(fang)部(bu)門(men)認可采用。
一、PYHL-14A消防高溫排煙混流風機的結構特性
風機(ji)(ji)主要有(you)(you)葉(xie)(xie)片(pian),外殼(ke),集流(liu)(liu)器(qi),消音器(qi),導流(liu)(liu)葉(xie)(xie)片(pian),電(dian)機(ji)(ji)部件組成(cheng)。葉(xie)(xie)輪采用(yong)有(you)(you)子午加速(su)特點的扭曲夾(jia)板片(pian)焊接(jie)(jie)(jie)在輪轂(gu)上(shang)。經高(gao)溫測試,軸承升(sheng)溫,噪音,動(dong)(dong)平(ping)衡校(xiao)驗,超速(su)試驗,有(you)(you)很好(hao)的空氣動(dong)(dong)力性(xing)能(neng)(neng)。機(ji)(ji)殼(ke)采用(yong)圓筒形,與消音功能(neng)(neng)集風器(qi)聯接(jie)(jie)(jie)成(cheng)一體(ti)。出口(kou)裝導流(liu)(liu)片(pian),具有(you)(you)良好(hao)的氣流(liu)(liu)頒布,壓力穩定。PYHL-14A型風機(ji)(ji)有(you)(you)獨立(li)的電(dian)機(ji)(ji)腔,避(bi)免(mian)氣體(ti)與電(dian)機(ji)(ji)的直接(jie)(jie)(jie)接(jie)(jie)(jie)觸(chu),設計二次進(jin)風,有(you)(you)利降低電(dian)機(ji)(ji)的環境溫度。
二、風機的用途
HTF(B)消(xiao)防高(gao)(gao)溫(wen)排煙混(hun)流風機(ji)(ji)和(he)廣泛應用(yong)隧道,地下車(che)庫,高(gao)(gao)級民用(yong)建(jian)筑,冶金,廠礦(kuang)等場所的通風換氣(qi)及(ji)(ji)消(xiao)防高(gao)(gao)溫(wen)排煙, HTF(PYHL-14A)系(xi)列風機(ji)(ji)工作溫(wen)度為300攝氏度。氣(qi)體內不允許有粘性(xing)物質,所含(han)的塵(chen)土及(ji)(ji)硬質顆(ke)粒不大于150mg/m3。特殊(shu)環境可選用(yong)防爆(bao)型混(hun)流風機(ji)(ji),防腐混(hun)流風機(ji)(ji)。
三、風機性能的選擇
風(feng)機(ji)的性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)在(zai)本(ben)公(gong)司(si)(si)性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)資料上查閱(yue),表(biao)中列出的性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)是率范圍內的性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng),按(an)(an)流(liu)量分為五個特(te)點,選用(yong)時(shi)按(an)(an)性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)表(biao)為準(zhun),出廠(chang)的風(feng)機(ji)合格品性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)在(zai)額定(ding)流(liu)量下(xia)全(quan)壓值不(bu)超過+_5%。性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)選用(yong)表(biao)是標(biao)準(zhun)狀(zhuang)態(tai)(tai)下(xia)的性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng),無論技術文件或定(ding)貨(huo)要求的性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)均按(an)(an)標(biao)準(zhun)狀(zhuang)態(tai)(tai)為準(zhun),標(biao)準(zhun)狀(zhuang)態(tai)(tai)大氣壓=101325pa,t=20相對溫(wen)度 =50%空(kong)氣狀(zhuang)態(tai)(tai),當實際使(shi)用(yong)條件下(xia)與上述不(bu)符合時(shi)按(an)(an)有(you)關公(gong)式進行換算,安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)形式可采用(yong)直式水平式落(luo)地(di)安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)和(he)吊裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang),落(luo)地(di)安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)需(xu)要加(jia)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)系統;高強度彈(dan)簧(huang)減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)墊,橡(xiang)膠(jiao)減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)墊,吊裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)的采用(yong)彈(dan)簧(huang)減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)吊架用(yong)絲桿固定(ding),加(jia)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)系統有(you)效的衰減(jian)(jian)機(ji)器自身的振(zhen)動(dong)(dong),減(jian)(jian)少(shao)振(zhen)動(dong)(dong)力(li)外傳(chuan),減(jian)(jian)少(shao)振(zhen)動(dong)(dong)力(li)的傳(chuan)入,保證風(feng)機(ji)正常運(yun)行度提高。如立式安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)在(zai)訂貨(huo)中注(zhu)明(ming),如大流(liu)量,高壓力(li),安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)尺寸和(he)本(ben)公(gong)司(si)(si)性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)有(you)出入等性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)參數有(you)特(te)殊要求,公(gong)司(si)(si)將(jiang)會(hui)為客(ke)戶提供設計符合要求的特(te)殊規格風(feng)機(ji)。
